LUXURY WEDDING PLANNING

Our luxury wedding planning and design service is tailored around our clients and we work in whatever way suits you and your lifestyle: out of hours or long distance as required. Our approach to wedding planning is bespoke: we do not offer packages or try to shoe-horn you into an existing service.

We will ensure we offer venues and suppliers that reflect the type of celebration you require and within your budget. Once the venue is secured we will together fill in the details: from the ceremony and reception design, flowers, stationery, food and photography, to your wedding day attire, entertainment, the cake, transport and the honeymoon. We can arrange a personalized wedding website, introductions to stylists and make-up artists, assistance with guest accommodation and a full concierge service for you and your guests.

As we plan your wedding we can work around your schedules and bring prospective suppliers to you. Wherever the location, Sarah and our team will manage and oversee your celebration to ensure it runs seamlessly.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR WEDDING

For couples needing extra hands and help in the build-up to their big day (or if it all gets too much and you need support), we offer wedding week and wedding day assistance.

During an initial consultation, we will ascertain everything has been put in place and offer suggestions and remedies to any problems or missing elements. We will then liaise with and coordinate your wedding suppliers. We will ensure timings are realistic and produce and distribute a Wedding Day Schedule and during the week of your wedding, we will manage and oversee the set-up and clearing of the event. On the day of your wedding, we will oversee the celebration and manage every aspect so you can relax and enjoy your day knowing everything is being arranged exactly as you desired.

We are unfortunately only able to offer this service within 8 weeks of your wedding day and subject to booking availability..

If you are not seeking a full wedding planning service, we can offer a one-to-one private wedding consultation. Any or all aspects of planning for your wedding and honeymoon can be covered and at whatever stage in the planning process you are. We offer a full wedding design service, wedding budgeting assistance and wedding coordination advice.

We also offer wedding consultations to couples who have already planned their day but who would like a professional Wedding Day Schedule compiled. This will ensure timings are realistic, that nothing has been left to chance and will help you maximize the potential of your day. Ideally this service is offered approximately one month before your celebration.

Wedding consultations can be arranged in your own home or office if preferred.

Finding the perfect venue for your special occasion is an important task and one which will need to be decided upon at the beginning of the planning process. After your consultation we will use the criteria given by you as a client and using our knowledge of local venues we will find you the venue of your dreams.

This service includes:

  • Collection of wedding brochures/literature and shortlisting from our database.
  • Compiling a report about the venues that most suit your requirements.
  • Organising viewings of the venues that you prefer and attending with you.
  • Helping to negotiate the contract and final quotation.

Within 6 – 10 weeks before your occasion, we can help tie up the loose ends. This is a crucial time when you might feel a little bit of help might be a good idea. After a detailed meeting that will evaluate what you have already planned, we can take on all outstanding elements such as RSVP management, supplier liaising, appointments, reminders, general administration, theming ideas, and on-the-day management. Relax knowing that everything is taken care of!

Once all of the preparations are in place you may feel easier with an event professional on site checking that candles have been lit, all the decorations are in place, meeting and greeting your guests, dealing with the suppliers such as florists and caterers and taking care of the running order. We aim to work discreetly, giving you the peace of mind to enjoy your day. Nothing is too much trouble; we are here to assist you.

We will introduce you to suppliers (in our opinion the best in the business!), talk themes, design and so much more, whilst keeping to a structured time frame and budget.
